Poor prognosis pericarditis
Poor prognosis Pericarditis (strongly consider admission):
- High fever (> 38 C)
- Subacute onset (>1 week)
- Large pericardial effusion
- Tamponade
- Already in NSAIDS for a week
- Positive troponin
- Immunocompromised
- Anticoagulation
- Trauma
